4. Travel Requirements

Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Valid identification is required for all passengers. Children under 5 years may travel free but must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one checked bag (up to 15kg) and one carry-on item. Additional luggage may be subject to extra charges. Prohibited items include flammable materials, weapons, and illegal substances.

Andaman Ferries acts as a booking agent only. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or any incidents that occur during travel. Each ferry operator maintains their own liability policies.

7. Weather and Sea Conditions

Services may be suspended or rescheduled due to adverse weather or sea conditions. In such cases, passengers will be offered alternative dates or full refunds.
